The Anaheim Aces were a charter member of the California League, established in 1941 as a Class C minor league. They played their home games at La Palma Park in Anaheim, California. The team featured players such as Lloyd Brown, Shan Deniston, John Scolinos, and Bert Shepard. The Aces concluded their sole season with a 55–82 record, managed by Joe Huarte and Charley Smith. Following the 1941 season, the team folded, influenced by the United States' entry into World War II. Despite their brief existence, the Anaheim Aces remain a part of California's rich baseball history.
