The Luau was a famous tiki bar on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, originally opened as The Tropics in 1936 and reimagined as The Luau in 1953. Known for its lavish Polynesian decor, indoor lagoon, and exotic cocktails, it became a celebrity favorite during Hollywood's golden era. The Luau closed in 1978, leaving behind a legacy as one of the most iconic tiki destinations of its time. Part of our vintage retro tiki bar inspired collection.
